Herring preserves «Matje»

The enterprise is specialized in producing preserves of herring fillet. They are called “Matje”. From ancient times it has been known that fish is more useful than meat of mammals or birds. Fish contains from 13 to 20 per cent of valuable protein, which is very important for a normal activity of an organism. There are mineral salts, fat, vitamins A, D, and also iodine, potassium, and phosphorus in fish. They help to normalize activity of the whole body, to strengthen human’s bones and a motor system, and to improve a mental activity of a person.

Preserves have high biological value, the product isn’t worked up by temperature and that is why it keeps all qualities of fish raw.

It is worth speaking about gustatory qualities. The variety of herring preserves “Matje” will satisfy tastes of the most fastidious gourmets.
